FORTE Talent Group Privacy Policy 2025

Pursuant to agreement with Forte Sports Management Ltd, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 10743265 whose registered office is at 36 Featherstone Street, Old Street, London, EC1Y 8AE (“FSM”, “we”, “us”, “our”), FSM may collect certain personal data and exercise our rights thereunder (as defined in applicable data privacy laws, including the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (“GDPR”) (“Privacy Laws”)) in connection with business services provided by FSM, including but not limited to; the performance of talent and agency obligations under our talent representation agreement and ticket sales connecting to any event managed and executed by FSM. FSM shall act as the data controller in respect of such data.

Personal Data

FSM may collect and process certian types of personal data including but not limited to; name, email address, home address, legal ID, telephone number, and/or financial information, including payment card details and billing address. Types of data may be used to fulfil obligations under a representation agreement and/or for the necessity of ticket sales for an organised event. Data may be shared with clients or potential clients who wish to engage talent services, with partners or necessary third parties for ticketed events and/or with FSM’s service providers.

FSM’s legal grounds for using collected data are necessary for the performance of a representation agreement and/or for event ticket sales. FSM may share data if we are required to do so by law, or pursuant to a binding regulatory request (in such circumstances, such disclosure will at all times be solely to the extent required by law or the applicable regulatory request); and or the purposes of enforcing the terms of a talent representation agreement, or to investigate any potential breaches. At all times, FSM will act in accordance with obligations under Privacy Laws.

Security and Retention of Personal Data

FSM have adopted strict security processes, in accordance with good industry practice, to prevent the unauthorised access to, or disclosure of personal data. Notwithstanding FSM’s implementation of these policies, please note that FSM cannot guarantee the security of any data that is sent via the internet or which is collected using online devices/tracking technology.

FSM may transfer personal data outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) when we are required to provide personal data to our clients and service providers who are located in countries outside of the EEA. FSM will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy, including ensuring that adequate protections are in place in respect of the processing of such data outside of the EEA.

FSM will retain personal data on FSM’s systems only for as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes for which such data was originally collected, being the term of a talent representation agreement, or for such longer period as may be required by law, including in connection with any tax obligations.
